This policy explains how YOOSH handles account information, API usage records, billing records, and support communications.

1. Information we process

YOOSH may process account identifiers, email addresses, authentication records, API key metadata, usage records, balance records, order records, and support messages needed to operate the service.

2. API requests and logs

YOOSH processes API requests to route them, calculate usage, troubleshoot reliability, prevent abuse, and maintain security. Operational logs are kept only as needed for service operation, debugging, billing, compliance, and abuse prevention.

3. How information is used

  • To authenticate users and protect accounts.
  • To issue, manage, and rotate API keys.
  • To calculate usage, balances, limits, and billing records.
  • To detect abuse, fraud, security incidents, and service misuse.
  • To respond to support requests and service notices.

YOOSH may share information with infrastructure, authentication, payment, analytics, support, and upstream service providers only as needed to operate the product, comply with law, prevent abuse, or protect the service.

YOOSH uses access controls, secret handling practices, and operational monitoring to reduce risk. You are responsible for keeping your own credentials and API keys secure.
